Target geography, required acreage, power demand (MW), preferred utility/substation characteristics, fiber needs, water/cooling considerations, zoning preferences, and timeline.

What information should landowners provide?

Parcel address or coordinates, acreage, current zoning/land use, ownership status, access/road frontage, known utility service, and any existing surveys or environmental reports.

Do you work nationwide?

Yes. The Community Connection supports site selection and landowner representation across the United States.

Can you help with due diligence?

Yes. We can coordinate and support early-stage diligence (utilities, connectivity, zoning, entitlement pathway) through LOI and closing, in collaboration with your technical and legal teams.

How quickly can you respond?
